Dear, friends! Let me tell you the story that happened to me as an aesthetician not long ago. Client of mine, beautiful Afro-american girl has a second degree acne and sometimes it becomes a third one. 10 months ago we started to treat her. I did a series of acne treatments and she used acne reducing products at home and also she was under the care of dermatologist. Doctor prescribed Tazorac for her. In spite of everything she did nothing seemed to help on a long run. So first I stop giving her an acne treatments and continue to clear up her skin with just regular soothing facials with extractions. Couple months later we noticed result, but now she had all that postinflamatory hyperpigmentation. We decided to try mild chemical peal. I did series of six and her skin got more even tone but she still had all those blackheads and whiteheads. I was thinking a lot about that girl in between her visits and one day I told her my thoughts. We talked a lot and I asked her what she usually eats, and she confessed that every day for lunch she has tuna sandwich. Snap!!! Tuna is aggravating acne! I told her she has to stop eating tuna and two weeks later she came to my spa as a surprise and her face was clear! Now she comes for monthly facials and her skin is better each time!

Hello, colleagues! The acne problem is very close to me cause I had acneic skin not long ago and still suffer from occasional breakouts. I want us all to share what we do with our own skin to prevent or treat breakouts! And I am not talking about usage of facial machines like high frequency or blue light. What can we do at home to treat and protect our skin. I want to hear your secrets and I will definitely open a couple of mine! Looking forward to your replies!
